**Early Check-In Policy and Fees** We understand that sometimes travel plans require an early check-in. To accommodate such requests, we have established the following policy: 1. Request Approval: Early check-in requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Approval is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. 2. Check-In Time: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-ins may be granted from 12:30 PM onwards. 3. Fees: - For check-ins between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM, a fee of $25 applies. - For check-ins between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM, a fee of $50 applies. - For check-ins before10:00 AM, a fee of 1 half of the applicable daily rate applies. 4. Confirmation: Early check-in is confirmed only once the additional fee is paid and you receive a written confirmation from us. 5. Cancellation: If you cancel the early check-in request within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time, the fee is refundable. By booking early check-in, you agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. **Pet Rules** 1. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. More than that requires approval and might require an extra fee. 2. Clean up after your pet. Waste bags are located in the laundry room and can be placed in the grey bin outside. 3. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. There are extra dog beds located in the hall closet. 4. If you leave your pets unattended, please kennel them. We provide a large plastic kennel at no extra cost. 5. If you need to bathe your pets, please do so outside. 6. The backyard may not be escape proof. Please watch your pets while they are in the back yard. If they escape or get lost we are not liable. **Events** EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS LOCATION *An Event is ANY guest on the property over the number of guests listed on the reservation AT ANY TIME. *All additional guests OVER THE NUMBER ON THE RESERVATION require written pre-approval prior to booking - this includes dinner parties. Please contact me with the number of guests and the type of event for an accurate estimate. *Any guest hosting any event without prior written approval agree to be charged a minimum of $900 per night in addition to their rental fee for allowing extra guests on the premises. *Events are only allowed with the owner's written consent, AND there is an additional event fee. Please message me if you are interested in hosting any event including they type of event, the number of guest staying over night, and the total number of guests for the event. *This property is monitored with exterior security cameras for insurance and safety purposes.

You and your family will have access to everything on the property except the basement of the house. The backyard is accessible through the house via the back deck or from the driveway through a gate. You will be issued a door code specific to you the day before you arrive. This code will be for the front door and that will serve as your primary access to the home.
